How long does it take to ship my order?

Our handling times for in stock items can be up to 7 days (excluding weekends).

All items that are backordered or are a "preorder" item will have a note in the item description noting the designated handling time for shipment.

Once it has shipped, how long does it take to get to me?

USPS packages delivery times for domestic USA destinations is generally 3 to 6 days. Packages being delivered internationally can take up to 6 weeks, however it can vary depending on location.  We are not responsible for lost packages as a result of USPS once they are out of our system.

Can I cancel my order for a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or refunds.

HOWEVER, if there is an issue with your order or you have a concern regarding your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you take bulk printing commissions?

Yes! For all of your custom project needs, please visit and fill out our custom printing contact form.

Note: Our minimum order quantity for custom orders is 25 figures or parts using the same design across the full batch.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, our store is setup to accept PayPal, credit / debit card, and Amazon Pay.

How do I change my shipping address before my item(s) ship?

If you would like to change or modify your shipping address, please fill out the contact form on our contact us page.

Pro tip: Be sure to include your order number and the new address that you would like your order to be mailed to.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can enter into the tracking portal on usps.com
