Quote and Artwork Review
We review your design files, flag any adjustments needed for print quality, and send you a full quote with pricing and timeline. No surprises.
Proof Approval
You receive a digital proof showing exactly what will be printed before a single piece is produced. You approve it, request changes, or walk away. No pressure.
Print, Pack, and Ship
Once approved, we run your order in-house on our UV printers, QC every piece, pack them carefully, and ship with full tracking to wherever you are in the world.
COMMON
QUESTIONS
UV printing requires setup and calibration for each design, which makes very small runs cost-prohibitive for both sides. The 25-piece minimum lets us produce at a quality and price point that makes sense. All 25 pieces must be the same design per order.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution raster files (PSD, PNG at 300dpi+). If you only have a concept or sketch, our design team can work with you to develop print-ready artwork - just mention this when you submit your request.
Yes, but the 25-piece minimum applies per design. If you want 3 different figures, you're looking at 75 pieces minimum total. Contact us and we can discuss your specific situation.
Turnaround depends on design complexity and quantity, but most orders are quoted at 2-4 weeks from proof approval to shipment. Rush orders may be available - ask when you submit your request.
Yes. We offer design assistance as part of the custom process. Tell us what you're envisioning and we can develop the artwork. Design fees may apply depending on the scope of work needed.
Identical. We use the exact same UV digital printing process and equipment for custom orders as we do for our standard catalog. The quality, durability, and color accuracy are the same across the board.
