UV printing requires setup and calibration for each design, which makes very small runs cost-prohibitive for both sides. The 25-piece minimum lets us produce at a quality and price point that makes sense. All 25 pieces must be the same design per order.

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution raster files (PSD or PNG at 300dpi or higher). If you only have a concept or sketch, our team can develop print-ready artwork from your idea. Just mention this when you submit your request.

Yes, but the 25-piece minimum applies per design. If you want 3 different figures, that is a minimum of 75 pieces total. Contact us and we can talk through your specific situation.

Most custom orders are quoted at 2 to 4 weeks from proof approval to shipment. Turnaround depends on design complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be available - ask when you submit your request.

Yes. We offer design assistance as part of the custom process. Tell us what you are envisioning and we can develop the artwork. Design fees may apply depending on the scope of work needed.

Identical. We use the exact same UV digital printing process and equipment for custom orders as we do for our standard catalog. The quality, durability, and color accuracy are the same across the board.

In-stock items have a 7 business day handling time before they ship. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Yes. We use child-safe inks on every print. All products are intended for collectors aged 12 and up, but our inks meet child safety standards.

We print on authentic brick-compatible parts including full minifigures, torso bodies, heads, leg pieces, tiles, and plates. All parts are genuine - we do not use counterfeit or third-party knockoff components.

UV printing is highly durable and resistant to fading compared to pad printing. With normal handling the print will hold up well. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh solvents.
